It comes up on the Stereo Sirius Screen almost every time when i restart the truck,Thanks

 

It means that the truck is sending info back to Ford. This includes but is not limited to driving habits, speed, braking, fuel mileage, oil life, and marketing info like what radio stations you listen too, where you drive, etc.
You can limit it or shut it off in the settings under "connected vehicle".
