Default Work surface

Do all trim
levels with work surface have the same bright chrome trim? I find it to reflect light in a somewhat distracting way. Id like to change it. Anyone wrap or paint it?

My 22 Lariat has it. I lay a microfiber towel over the whole cover anyway, so that prevents the reflections.

Wrapping would be the easiest. Painting it would require complete disassembly.

Not sure what my XLT/302a sport has for color. I think its a duller sheen to it than your chromy like appearance.

I picked mine 2 days ago. 302A XLT Sport. It doesn't look like chrome to me and in person is much better, but I would prefer black.
