Default What is your trash solution?

It has always been a sore spot that vehicles don't offer a trash collection solution. Everyone generates trash in their vehicle! Heaven forbid you throwing it out, but fugitaboutit for a place in your vehicle to put it. In my last Super Duty (2019 F-350 KR dually) I used Command Strip hooks in the center console on one side and would wrap store plastic bag handles around them. Then I used spring clips on the sliding tray to hold the other side of the bag. Out of sight, but easy to get to! So what is your solution?

I just keep a couple of Walmart bags in the center console storage and put my trash in a bag (mainly just paper, no foodstuffs.) When it gets full I'll tie it up and dispose of it at my earliest convenience

A bag with a string around it like the ones you get when you buy shoes makes great trash bag around the shifter.

What kinda shoes do you buy that come in a draw string bag??

I just do the leftover grocery sack thing. Have a few stashed, bust them out when needed.

I don't create trash driving. No snacks in the truck and everyone that rides in it has a Yeti or Thermos mug for water or black coffee.

Like he said. I don't allow trash situations in my truck. Nobody eats or drinks in it. Hell....I rarely have people in it...lol. My wife's jaw about hit the floor when I let her drive it the other day. Second time...ever.

Not a fan of trash. At worst, on my long trips, it might be a coffee cup or Gatorade bottle plus protein bar wrapper or two.

I have a bag that wraps around the bars for the passenger headrest. I use quickiemart bags for most stuff, but it is there in a pinch.

i toss it on the floor in the back. empty it out at the end of the day. I basically live out of my truck during the week with some days eating 3 meals in it. gets messy.
