2022 Lariat I spotted on my local dealers lot this morning.

Look at the fender vent, lol.
Don’t know if this has been covered yet and I’m sure they’ll be doing a retrofit but,
just crazy some of the parts that aren’t available.

This a pretty simple, low tech part to manufacture.

I wonder if that fender emblem is even stamped with a ford part number.

It does have the blue ovals on the tailgate and grill,
I have heard that some trucks are being shipped without those.

Good question, it looks ill fitting and temporary in person so,
I'm sure they will do a retrofit.

If I got a new truck, I think i might want to spec it out that way. Might even look better painted body color.

Now one can do some custom vinyl wrap and have your own personalized vehicle without having much if any second thoughts about doing it.

So glad to have made the decision to buy / order last December.

A post on another thread said the company that manufactured the fender badge was shut down for improper disposal of hazardous waste. Don't know how one would verify that claim though unless you worked for the company, for Ford, or for the regulatory agency.

This is not made up. Some idiot at their plant kept bypassing an alarm and they dumped toxic waste into the Huron River. The state shut them down. They are running again but at a reduced capacity. https://www.mlive.com/public-interes...ns-remain.html
