Default Weight difference between the two 3.5 Ecos

Given the fact that the 14k tow rating is for the standard 3.5 ECO boost and that the standard 3.5 ECO also has more then 1k payload capacity then the Power boost , does that mean that the POWERBOOST trucks will be significantly heavier then the 3.5 ECOs?
Looking at the Aviator and its 5900 LBS , I'm thinking the power boost trucks will be anywhere 300-500 lbs heavier then the standard 3.5 ECO
Thoughts ?

That was discussed in a few other threads. One talked about for equally configured supercrews, the payload reduces by 270# even though the GVWR was beefed up 300# in the powerboost. This suggests a weight of 570# (though front/rear distribution may factor into it)

The other found a list of the curb weights. If you look at the 4x2 EB vs HEV and 4x4 EB vs HEV and subtract them, it suggests roughly 500# delta for the hybrid.

Anyone have an idea or WAG what the battery may weigh?

Being located just in front of the rear diff might be an advantage in winter conditions, yes/no?

I just watched the "Torture Test" video and it showed them testing the battery on a platform about shoulder high. It then showed two guys taking it off the platform at 3:30.

My wild *** guess is it doesn't weigh what I thought, it's less. How much can two average guys pick up at shoulder height without straining that much.

Yeah, as I mentioned in another thread, a 1.5kwh lithium battery doesn't weigh that much. That one looks like it may be liquid cooled and in a pretty sturdy case to withstand all that testing, but I'm guessing no more than 150lb. I also mentioned that the motor assist/generator doesn't weigh more than 50lb. A house 10kw inverter/charger weighs less than 150lb. I honestly don't understand why the 500lb difference. Maybe Ford added a bunch of other reinforcements elsewhere that add up to that, but hard for me to figure out anything that would end up weighing that much. Maybe I'm missing a part somewhere. I can see 300lb though, that seems reasonable for an automotive system.
