Wasn't even aware of the campaign to enable BlueCruise, but my dealer tried doing the update while the truck was in for a state inspection. Apparently they had an "issue with accessing the modem" and couldn't complete the update. I was told to "just have them try again on your next service visit." Mind you, I drove light enough that it's been to the shop twice since I picked it up last March and the first time was for an oil change a month ago. Either way, I'm not seeing this error on the infotainment screen. I'm guessing I'm about to have to butt heads with these guys.
