Maybe you need to add something like this:
Amazon Amazon

If the link doesn't work, search for DEI 535T

I think I looked into this awhile back and it was NOT easy. The windows or switches are missing something important and it wasn’t cheap or easy to retrofit it.

Made decision to live with it.

That said, come on Ford. Just give us one touch for everything. I’ve been in cheap cars with one touch up and down on all windows.

No, the upper level trims don’t have this either.

Oh, so there's no trims at all that have 'em?

It's pretty common across all vehicles, and all trim levels everywhere, across all manufacturers that only the front windows are auto down and/or up... this is not a ford, or truck centric thing. I don't know if i've ever been in a vehicle which has this functionality.

Similarly why there is no power door lock switches in the rear seats

I can't speak of what is common, but wife's mini has one touch for all four windows. and it's not a john coopers work or anything like that, pretty basic trim mini countryman. and it's pretty handy that you can fire and forget and focus on driving the vehicle. I've always thought it's because I have a base trim (xlt) and lariat or higher must have it. I think it's totally reasonable that the big 3 should at least have one touch for their higher trim trucks, it's a grey area that not a lot of ppl talk about so they simply don't care, similar to how GM wants to save 50 cents on their ignition switch in late 90s, early 2000s cars that until claimed numerous lifes, they only changed it then because they got all the attention and have to at that point.
they'd rather spend money at the stupid tailgate war because that's what ppl like to talk about.
but after watching a few wideos of the universal one touch kit, I agree it's a lot of hassle and I'll live with what I got.

My 2013 Ford Focus ST had all 4 windows auto up and down, I think it was in 2014 Ford removed that feature (along with sensors in the rear door handles to unlock the car). So they are/were out there, I'm sure it was a cost cutting reason at the time, but it was nice to have.
