Well, I went to three places, with no luck. Either that number isn't found, or we'll need more vehicle-specific info from you to narrow the search. I tried:

• Google lookup by TSB number. Lots of other results, nothing for that number
• NHTSA.gov website. No luck.
• MyFord Owner's Dashboard / Technical Service - that is only specific to my vehicle, or can look up by Year/Model

its not a recall, which is why it not readily available, its 2022 tremor 402a specific

TSB = technical service bulletin. It's not a recall because it's a voluntary repair. Hence, the "TSB" part.

An NHTSA recall would be something like "22V252000".

 

I am aware, jusy trying to explain to Bob why he wasn't able to google it, or find it via normal channels
also its not a voluntary repair,it's to help techs trouble shoot client complaints that are recurring enough for the manufacturers to issue a technical bulletin, not everyone will need this service, but it helps techs fix vehicle specific "known" issues
