My 2023 with the 10 speed transmission had issues from day one with erratic and hard shifting . 2 trips to the selling dealer was met with "it's a computer problem" and "we don't make these trucks". In mid January I took the truck to a dealer 40 miles away. They found 2 codes that warranted partial disassembly of the transmission and a defective valve body was discovered. The transmission is now performing flawlessly. I hope that this will help other members with like issues.

 

Some dealerships have better techs than others. You found one poor and one that knows its stuff. I'd stick with those guys.

Happy that it worked for you. My 2019 had the main valve control body replaced twice and it still didn't fix it. Wonder if my dealer is one that didn't know what they were doing when it came down to making major repairs. To fix my transmission I had to trade the truck off and get a new one; my decision as I was tired of the haard shifts and the dealer not being able to fix it.
