Default transmission

I have a 2021 Powerboost Platinum I bought in December. Have about 3800 miles on it so far. When I first got it the transmission seemed a little rough but not bad but I had them reset the transmission training computer about 1000 miles ago. At first it seemed like it was smoother but lately its seems like its getting worse and worse with some herky jerky shifting. Anyone have this issue where the transmission seemed to function worse over time rather than get smoother with the computer learning?
