On a recent trip with my RV, I went through the normal prep before the return trip which includes the Trailer Light Check. When attempted to start the check, I got a pop-up message that the trailer light check was unavailable. It had worked fine on the trip down to our campsite. I checked and reseated the 7-pin plug and tried again with the same results. I went ahead and did a manual check, and all of the trailer light were working. I then did a Sync 4 reboot, which did not clear the error. The message says I should have the truck serviced. Has anyone seen this before and if so, what was the cause?

Follow Up: After 2 automatic Sync 4 updates in less that 10 days, the Trailer Light Check is now working again. Ford must have some Microsoft people working on their software.
