@Oscare did those work with your truck and if so, did they need to be programmed or were you just able to drive and they got recognized?

I bought a set of used wheels/sensors/tires last spring for my 2021 Lariat. The previous owner took the factory aluminum rims and sensors off of a 2019 Lariat, and had studded winter tires installed on them, and used them one winter before I bought them. I installed them Thursday, and drove for 30 minutes, and no alarms, and Fordpass shows the correct pressures. I drove the truck for an hour yesterday, and all is fine, no programming is required with the 2019 Ford sensors on my 2021.

Where is the best place to buy the Autel TPMS sensors and valve stems?

I work at Autozone. My store carries them in stock normally.

I've heard on here that they automatically sync when driving but when I bought some take-offs I just stopped by a local non-chain tire shop and they were able to walk around and sync the sensors with whatever tool they already had.
