Not sure what to think anymore. I drive my truck 30 minutes to and from work every day. Is that not enough to keep the battery charged to keep things like thr Auto Start/Stop working?
I have been resetting my BMS every couple of months when I see that the AutoStart isn't working, and then I also get OTA updates pushed through when I do it.
It's happened in the last 3 months and the dealer tells me my battery is fine and charged and no issues.
I cannot seem to go more than one day without starting my truck for the Remote Start to not work.
This morning, I went for a 2 hour highway drive, and then I needed to get some groceries, went to strart from FordPass and it said this. I am tired of this.
Will a new H7 or H8 battery help? Dealer won't help.

Similar situation for me…I drive more than enough to keep it charged but no dice. After so long it’ll start giving me grief. I think it’s just the nature of the beast unfortunately.
I ended up putting a battery tender on the wall next to where I park. I ran the ring connectors from the battery to the front of the grill and tucked everything away so it’s not visible. I plug in without having to open my hood only on the weekends and I’ve had no issues since. It shouldn’t be this way, but it was a simple fix and much cheaper than a replacement battery.
I got this message from time to time, not too too bad though, prob 3-4 times in the past 9 month, and usually it's because I've actually parked the truck for more than 3 days. at the speed she drains battery, I don't think throw in more amp hour would help a lot. but I don't use any remote features so there's that.
I do not daily drive my 2018 sometimes if I am parked for 3 wks I get the remote features disabled message. If I do a 1 hr drive it is good for another 3 wks of being parked. I used forescan to turn off/on because it is the dumbest thing ever invented.
I fought this battle for over a year, my dealership finally gave in and replaced the battery. I have been watching the state of charge with Forscan Lite and a bluetooth OBDII adaptor, and I have not seen the SOC go below 75% (the cap is 80%), so that tells me the whole "you don't drive it enough" argument was just a load of crap and that I had a squirrely battery this whole time.
Then there is no reason to have a ICE truck being it needs to be plugged in daily.
Ford does have a specialty test for testing the battery performance.
Went thru the low battery BS January (22) but was persistent with the service department and had the battery test preformed. Resulted in having a new battery installed. 3-4 hour test. Most dealership service lanes wish not to tie up a service stall for that long for a replacement item that has minimal return.
So far no low battery problems since.

I drive my truck about once every 3 months and have never had any of these issues...crazy that you have to endure this.
Well, it wasn't really a huge issue from a usability standpoint, because I figured out I could just reset the BMS and it would go 4-6 weeks before I'd start seeing the low battery warnings, and it otherwise never gave me trouble. I never use auto start/stop so that part of it didn't affect me. After doing this for more than a year though I guess the battery started showing legitimate signs of failure when the dealership tested it this last time, so they finally replaced it. I had been making them test it every time I got the oil changed before that and they'd always tell me it was fine.
