Default Tire Paint?

So I rubbed the right front on a curb Has anybody used any thing to touch up white lettering that worked well. I've searched around the net and there are products that claim they're great but revues are mixed at best. Jim

There are definately tire pens or tire markers out there. Not many around here use them. I have never tried one either.
Try to pick something with the highest customer rating. I suspect you may need to freshen up annually or from time to time.

I was educated as to what I have going on, I was thinking that I scrapped the white off but actually I ground dirt into the white. I used lacquer thinner to scrub off what I could and followed the suggestion to use a nail file to cut down to clean white rubber. I have a bit to go but it's working well. Glad I scuffed a small area, it's tedious. Jim

In days of yore, a wet SOS pad worked great.
