Sync / phone problems
In the two months I have owned this truck, the phone application has never worked reliably. It will accept the first call of the day and maybe permit a call out, but subsequent calls have no voice transmission (in or out), and then the truck won't disconnect from the dead call until I turn it off. Safe to say it is driving me nuts as I do a lot of business from my truck .. or used to!
At first I thought it was a consequence of a stuck update, but the software is now up to date and the problem remains. I have tried Android Auto (phone is an S24 Ultra) but that is glitchy too. On advice of @rugedraw I turned off the wireless connection and am only using the wired USB.
Sometimes I get a brief message that the truck can't sync with my phone, sometimes AA doesn't automatically start up, and sometimes it says it is connected but isn't.
I though I saw in another thread that there is a related TSB.
Open to any ideas ...
