2021 Lariat. Since Saturday, my radio is sporadically going on/off. 100% of the time I am linked with my phone, and listen to Pandora, Podcasts, etc. Saturday, it started just going silent for 20-40 seconds, every 10-120 seconds. I unpaired my phone, and shut the radio off, and it turned on/off the AM radio in the same sporadic intervals. So, it's not my phone. Anyone else have this happening? Thought it was maybe a buggy update to Sync...? Pictured is my Sync info. Any help is appreciated.
Something is wrong with your ACM (audio control module). Since 3/15, your truck started reporting these codes to the cloud. I can't tell you what is causing the issue, but too much of a coincidence that these codes started the same day your issue did. Dealer would have to look at it.
Has the tech install new rear automobile audio bus (A2B) cable and test speakers then if still bad new front automobile audio bus cable and test speakers and also checking all ACM connectors. Whatever all that means and wherever all that is, I have no idea.
