Sync / FordPass question
I am trying to get a little clarification on how FordPass works. I am in Germany, so not part of the ATT network and can't get any service, obviously. Nav just says unnamed road. Right now I can't even activate the truck in the app (probably due to no ATT signal). Trying to add or update apps says they are not available for my region.
Am I just stuck with a 12" touch tablet to be used with CarPlay? Or is there any way to use my phone for connectivity for OTA and to push data back to Ford as far as vehicle maintenance, etc. Thanks.
