Last OTA you got was 6.4.0 in December. You are on the latest Sync version but not completely up to date in terms of all updates. There is nothing you can do but wait for the next update to be sent to you. Ford is going through some sh*t right now in terms of the latest updates. I recommend you just be patient and wait. There isn't much you can do other than wait anyway.

Thanks for the info - I have setting on my screen now w/ a message "Update Delayed". I guess that is the reason. Thanks again for all your help in this forum ! Ron

My experience was that the battery in my '21 was 2.5 years old and getting weak...plus not driving the truck enough to keep it fully charged. I think this was preventing the auto updates from going thru...as my welcome lights were not working and the dome light also did not come on when opening the door. I replaced my H6 battery with an H7 not log ago and my update went thru just fine...and everything else is back to working normal. So if you feel that you are not getting updates...this might be something to check. Just FYI.

Mine just finished this update. It tried several times at the time scheduled and failed every time. I tried 3 or 4 times starting the update manually and finally got it to take. I talked to the dealer a couple of times and their suggestion was to simply turn off the automatic updates. Update manually when necessary and avoid the setting issues caused by a partially downloaded update. So far everything is ok.
