Just started happening yesterday. Sirius plays fine and info shows on side page and in instrument cluster no not on main screen. Tried soft reset, disconnecting the battery, master reset, and radio refresh.

anyone else have this issue or know of a solution?

 

Sorry, I don't understand what you are asking. From the screenshots you have, everything looks correct. That's how the info displays in my truck. Since I'm not understanding, can you explain it a bit more.

the song and artist info is shown on the side panel and instrument cluster but will not display on the main display under the channel info where it typically is. It is only SiriusXM that does this.

also, the SiriusXM logo is no longer displayed in the “Source” menu.

 

Ok, I understand now but Im\'m sorry, I do not know how to fix that. Wish I could help.

I started having the same issue on Friday with my 2022. I'm not sure if it's a Sync issue or Sirius XM issue. I have also been having a power issue for a few weeks too though. When truck is shut off, message displays "system off to Save Battery and radio goes out and then dome lights don't work when door is opened. I was wondering if all of this is connected.
