So, i'm not a fan of android auto at all really. But my 16' lariat would let me click the "APPS" button , and select PANDORA .... i see my 21' has an APPS button on the sync 4 .. but when i search for "sync enabled apps" it never finds any... anybody have any ideas how to run pandora without just using the generic bluetoothe phone as audi source?

 

I have found that sometimes doing a phone reboot, and then getting into the truck and letting it find apps works. Also, you have to have Pandora and the other sync apps enabled to run in the background. So another test is to have Pandora up on your phone and then have sync search for apps.

 

i also have pandora up, and the sync has yet to find it 1 time... there's never been any apps found

 

I would keep trying. The app detection can be a tad flaky at times. Maybe fire up Fordpass to see if it detects it.
