Default Stick on Keypad new location...

I have a 2021 F-150 STX. Needed a keypad but did not want to try to run the factory one on the pillar. Got the stick on one and decided to place it behind the gas door. Fits inside on the door itself perfectly and the door closes just fine with it there. Works without issue. No goofy stick on keypad on the outside.

Sounds like a good idea except for those with a Powerboost, as there is a button in the cab to open the gas door.

Good idea!
I would have also been looking for an alternative spot for the keypad, had my truck not came with one.

It fits absolutely perfect behind the door up from center where it won't interfere with the seal or anything. The 2021 trucks have the larger fuel door compared to 20 and older. It looked too much JC Whitney if I put it on the driver's door to me.

They are wireless. Put one on my wife's '14 Mustang convertible below the windshield wiper drivers side and it worked great.

Sorry to Revive an old thread, did the dealer program the pad for you? The switchblade key fob trucks don't have a programming mode like the older ones. I have the pad, but cannot figure out how to program it. thanks.
