Default Stability control maybe?

I posted in the Facebook group and couldn’t get any answers.

With even full advancetrac off, while turning and accelerating I get this clicking ticking noise, with a light on the dash. What is this and is there a way to disable it completely?

That sounds like a differential problem...could be front if four wheel drive, or rear if 2x2. You're clearly not skidding around the turn but when you turn is when the differentials come in to play. I'd start there.

it’s definitely coming from the front, and I do have 4wd but this happens without 4wd engaged. It sounds like an electronic sound similar to when ABS are engaged

If you haven't programmed your larger tire size to your truck, that could be making things worse. I had very overactive traction control from the factory, but the not exact scenario you have. In my case, updating the ABS module software with FDRS made things a lot better. I also noticed that driving around in 4A made things much better. As you can see in the chart below, traction control is never really turned off and roll stability control is almost always on.

The noise is your ABS module trying to control your traction control.

I do have my Speedo corrected for tire size through forscan. Also I don’t have 4auto on this truck.

An example of this dash notification is in shift selection mode WET/ SNOW.
If the rear tires lose traction from excess applied torque on a wet road, that dash alarm light will light up/flash as one wheel loses traction.
There may be a clicking noise associated with it as the ABS Motor runs, same as if front wheels loose traction on panic braking and lose grip
to limit front Brake application by opening the line to that side, letting pressure off that wheel to re-gain traction.
Good luck.
