Will a full size 20 wheel and tire fit up under the bed where the temp use spare is located? I hate temp spares. 2023 Short bed 4x4 FX4

I have not seen a factory spare come on a 20” wheel. Maybe theyre just very rare. I dont think it ever happened.

Use a tire size calculator see if your 20” tire is same size as that 18” spare tire underneath.

i would keep the 18” spare wheel and just replace that cheap spare tire w decent tire. Its fine to run an 18” if the 20” tires are the same circumference. Or within few inches of same.

 

I was able to easily hoist a 275/70-18 (33" diameter) into the spare "compartment" with a little room to spare all around.

 

Yep, depends of the overall diameter of the tire installed.
