Sound Setting grayed out
I have a '21 Job 1 Powerboost. I have noticed for a couple of months that my Setting-> Sound button is grayed out. It will not let me select it regardless of whether I am parked or moving. It has been doing this since one of the 3.5.x updates for sure. I know it used to work, as I have changed the stereo/surround setting before on that menu.
SYNC = 22293.610 (Like one of the other forum members, I notice that my Hand-Free expiration date is now 10-06-2073 when it was previously showing end of 2023...)
Latest OTA = 4.2.1 (Updated last night, although this grayed-out button was there before 4.2.x)
Seems like they push out updates to add a feature or two, and in that process break 3 or 4 that were working fine...
Anyone else having this experience too...?

Sync version is now V23031 Rev713
I guess 4.2.3 will come in the next few days, so hopefully, it doesn't break something else. My recent experience with the OTAs is that they are coming easier. After the 1.5 year cluster of trying to get over the 2.7.x and 2.8.x updates, it is nice to see some improvement.
That said, I know there are still MANY others having the same issues I had previously. Definitely reach out to @rugedraw or some of the other extremely knowledgeable guys to see if they can help get you over the OTA hump.
Good luck all!
I just got OTAs 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 over the last couple of days. My Settings-> Sound button is no longer grayed out.
