Default Software update

Hi @rugedraw I am having the same software update issue on my 21 f150 xlt. Tried unplugging negative battery terminal to no avail. Would you mind checking my vin for my software status?

Your issue is well beyond just a battery disconnect to fix. Your truck is on Sync 20301 which is one of the broken Sync versions from 2020 that breaks the OTA process. The issue can be fixed, but it will require FDRS and a lot of patience. Thanks to the list of pending updates @Jfalat shared above, you do show pending updates for the APIM, TCU and IPC, so the updates needed for you to progress past where your truck is at now are available, but they will not come in via OTA. Your truck needs FDRS to get over the hump. Details on your issue are in th elink below:
