Good morning,would any members know of aftermarket utilizing existing frame holes/mounts.

The ones I've looked at over the years, all claim nondrill mounting. Take a look at "Real Truck" a vendor on here, then call for a better price. Mention you're a member here.

I got mine from Real Truck. They have quite a selection, even for the SCABs.

If this is what you are thinking of, I installed this retracting AMP side bumper step on my '21. Helps getting into the bed when having a trailer attached and I cant lower the tailgate.
