I already googled and realized that there is longtime life fuel filter in this car, what should I check to fix this issue?

You should probably start your own thread in the 12th gen section instead of thread jacking someone with a completely different truck.

Hello mjpatera! Send us a private message with your F-150's VIN. I will see what I can do to assist with this acceleration concern. Thanks!

@Bullet @johnt2_2002 Try PMing the Ford Motor Co account that commented above and get a ticket going for your issue as well. I'm not certain, but I've been reading over some of the other posts this account has been interacting with as well as contacted some of the Mods and it appears to be a legit Ford support account. Folks from other threads have PM'd them and receive case numbers from Ford. Maybe if they get enough complaints about the same issue, they look into more.

I actually was PMd by Ford on another Ford forum as I created a thread similar to yours there. They said they’d reach out to me and after following up on day 8 with them still nothing… hopefully next week I’ll get a call

I am also from the other forum. My 2021 XLT has been during this since about a week after purchase. It has almost 7k miles now.

I was originally told that it was a bad torque convertor in the transmission, after replacing that the shudder was still present.
One day when I gave my brother a ride to let him feel what it was doing, the engine light blinked. I took it to the dealership I purchased it from and they said there were 2 misfire codes but they couldn't track down the issue.

I was denied for a buyback once and asked to take to the dealership to "Escalate the repair". After they told me that they couldn't figure it out, I requested another buyback. Still waiting on the response.

Did you have a case opened with Ford for this issue or just through the local dealership? If you have a case number, would you mind sharing it via PM? I’d like to provide more info to my dealer when I take it back next week.

I finally got a call from Ford about the case that was opened. They didn’t really have any useful info for me. They scheduled another appointment at a different dealership so I bring it back Oct 7th.

Run 93 for at least 2-3 tanks, it will clear up. All 3 of my 2.7L trucks have done this in the past with regular fuel. The exact scenario you describe. 93 is a dream but it takes more than a tank for the ECU to adjust out.

I tried 93 for 4-5 tanks. It improved slightly but my truck still shuddered

Same issue here with 2021 XLT. Dealer acknowledged it as a known issues and said Ford has not offered a solution yet. I’m not a mechanic but doesn’t feel like a gas or engine issue. Following for a solution
