Default SecuriAlert Help

I've been going around in circles with Ford for 2 weeks, I have the latest FordPass version and Ford says sync4 is up to date, but I don't have SecuriAlert.
I've done all of the delete app and reinstall, remove truck from app and reinstall, force close, restart and still no option in FordPass. I was then told that I had to turn on "Guard Mode" on my sync display although no one can tell me where it is and I can't find it.

Do any of you guys know where "Guard Mode" is in the sync menu's?

You need to make sure your tuck is updated by scheduling an update and not doing automatic install.

It likely is up to date. Not much you can do but wait. I have looked up the update status for a few members and it comes when it comes. Doing a check in sync will not help at all. That only checks for sync software updates, the Power-Ups are on a separate push system. You will likely get 1.6.0 first which won't have SecuriAlert, then get 1.4.0 a week or so later and it will have it. That has been the trend so far.

I got mine in late July for 1.6.0, and August 6th for 1.4.0. Other members I checked got theirs in mid-August. You aren't doing anything wrong, just have to be patient unfortunately.

Thanks I appreciate the reply, do you recommend setting the update time and day? I have my truck just set to auto update
