22 f150 lariat. The screen defaults to the nav screen on the left. No big deal. Last several days it just zooms in and out itself while driving. I don't use the nav bc the 90 day freebie is over. It's annoying as heck. Any ideas?

 

You might try an APIM reset. Hold the radio power button and right seek button for about 10 sec or until the screen blanks out

 

It is likely changing zoom level based on your speed. I don't know if a way to change it. Your best bet would be to just switch to another screen, especially if you're not using the map or navigation.
