Default Replacement brake pads

As many have discussed here, the factory brake pads tend to make noise. Mine squeak when the truck is barely moving and when the brake pedal is only lightly applied.

I'm looking for opinions on what I should replace my factory pads with. It only has 13k on it and the squeaking is getting annoying.

I prefer to order from Rockauto.com

I'm getting the Powerstop kit when it's out in a month. I'll report back. FYI, EBC still isn't making any of the <color>stuff pads, though online merchants will happily sell you pads that won't exist until some indefinite time in the future.

21 Lariat Supercrew 2.7 Eco - I just made an appointment at the dealership for my brakes. 15k and it's now getting intolerable. Hopefully there's some warranty on there but I doubt it. If they tell me no then I'll tell them to go screw and do it myself

Brakes are not covered under warranty. They are considered a wear item.

I have always used ceramic pads, no dust.

On my '17 I bought used with 9k miles the brakes were squeaking when I got it. I am still running factory pads today (56k miles). I took the pads off and cleaned them up and put anti-squeal on the backs and reinstalled. Been good for 45k miles.

Ive got the powerstop z36 extreme brakes on my truck.

They seem to be pretty good.
Only reason I chose them is because Powerstop makes a beefier set of brake pads for towing.

Are there better ones out there? maybe?

i ordered BOSCH from rockauto for my 19. at 42K miles the rear pads were completely gone. I never go off-road and have pulled a trailer a handful of times.

Dealership update. My truck was quieter than a church mouse this am (of course) and it didn't make noise for them either on the test drive. Everything measured fine so I'm perplexed. If it pops back up or continues they quoted me $738 to sand and deglaze the brake pads...lol

If it pops back up I'll be putting those powerstops once they launch for the 2021's
