Your battery is failing.
Replace the battery.
Reset the BMS after you replaced the battery with a fully charged one.
Using a fan speed of 5 or higher will also boost the voltage to 14v. This will help to charge the battery quicker as well.

Being smarter than most everyone else is not always about being helpful. FYI.

What is the voltage at rest before started? What is the voltage after starting? How long will it take at that voltage to bring the battery up to the at rest voltage? If you don't know these answers then you are guessing.

Is using a Fan Speed of 5 or higher really a fix/workaround? I have never heard this before. Does the fan speed of 5 or higher make the alternator charge higher?

If you already know everything, why are you even here? Nine whole posts and you know it all. Congrats.

just got my battery on my 23 replaced for this exact reason, for a month it was in sleep mode every time i turned it off no matter how many miles I was driving.
Truck was MFGed dec of 23 so in Dec 24 it needed replaced. Always drive at least 100 miles or more a week. Factory batteries are garbage. Most likely it will test "good" but its really not.
My 2019 I had to replace the battery 3 times between 2020 and 2024 when I bought the new truck. I live in Texas south of houston so its not cold weather death....
