Default Rear passenger window switch removal?

Anyone know if you have to take the whole door panel off or just the paneling around window switch to replace? Wife apparently felt the need to break that today so needs to be replaced, debating on replacing her.

Any input I appreciate!

Pretty sure door panel has to come off. Its easy to do though, and there are plenty of YouTube videos showing how
