Radio pre-sets ???
Own a 2021 F150 Platinum w Sync 4 and Sirius subscription - I can save all the pre-sets for the radio for satellite and local stations; however the pre-sets do not remain and will change on it's own.............. I have the automatic updates turned off and it has done it since doing that - calling the Ford help line is of no help.................. anyone else have this occur...............Thanks

You say it’s done so since turning auto update off. Have you tried turning auto update back on to see if the behaviour continues? When it wipes your presets are the new stations always the same? How many rows of presets are you left with?
I do recall early on with our 21 Lariat even though the system has always allowed you to program up to 6 rows of presets after going higher than 2 rows the radio would for no apparent reason drop back to 2 rows max and the stations would be different but that did go away with a later update.
