Default Radar detector hookup

My new f150 does not have a cigarette lighter. Where is the closest place on the center right of the dashboard to direct wire hookup? Fuse panel, ect

does anyone know if the mirror plug has an "always on" connection/pin? I'd love to connect my Thinkware U3000 dash cam this way...but I need a constant 12v (for parking mode).
