Default Question regarding the 3.5

I have a 2025 powerboost with the 3.5 ecoboost engine. I have a dual exhaust. Does anyone make header for thr V6 engine, and thoughts about then if someone does.

Also, would there be any benefit to installing a CAI with the turbos?

I haven’t done headers on any new vehicles but I have never had any luck keep headers gaskets from blowing.Seemed like they lasted a month or 2 compared to the cast iron exhaust manifolds.Have a family friend that has a 2015 Camaro and he put headers on is constantly blowing gaskets.I have read on certain engines that the factory manifolds are really good nowadays and unless you are going full out horsepower there really isn’t a gain so I would do some research before you buy and install.

Trying Dual exhausts from the Turbos back may upset Boost levels that are combined into the intake.
Unless it has been done with or without other mods and known to work on this specific engine design.
Good luck.

The advantage of the aftermarket CAI would be additional noise so your truck can sound more powerful.

You’re 100% better off leaving it stock and quiet. The ECOBOOST V6’s sound like 💩 with exhausts modified. You have plenty of performance with that powerboost keep it stealth don’t ruin it.

Aren't the turbo's part of the exhaust manifold?

Your truck already has a CAI. For one to work right with the headers and a new CAI , you will need to find someone that could tune your truck.

I thought the Power Boost would run on batteries, or the engine, what would that sound like cutting in and out?

I always like stealth myself. Get a good tune and enjoy the ride.
