Default question about lifting and lowering

I have a 2021 f 150 xlt sc, the back of the truck is almost 5 inches higher then the front. I want to level it, but I'm not sure which way to go. I am looking at drop shackles that'll drop it up to 2 inches, then the front raise it 2 inches with loaded struts, Eibach that are adjustable up to 3 inches,. but if I go that way I will need control arms. I'm 62 and getting into the bed of the truck now is a struggle. I'm not sure which way to go. Any help would be great, thanks.

I took my rear blocks out and it almost level. Shackles are a lot of work to change. If you don’t have rear well liners get them it makes it look not so high since you don’t see the opening around the rear tires. Here is mine with blocks removed. The blacktop is a little uneven where I am parked. So the rear is a little higher than on flat ground.

The rear block under the leaf springs are only 1 inch thick, so removing them will only drop the back 1 inch. So did you install shackles? I like the look. Thanks for the reply

How much did the Eibach struts raise the front? And what brand off shocks for you have in the rear?

I didn’t measure before and after but was told by eibach they were set for 3”.
I have eibach reservoir shocks in the rear, I also put a 1” larger block in back.

I read that if you raise the front 3 inches or more you have to replace the control arms.

All I can say is that I did not, and even offered to do so if needed but the shop was happy so we left it.

Mine has removed blocks and 1.5" lowering shackles. I think it's the way to go.

So you lowered the back 2.5 inches?
it still has a rake to it? If it's like mine you should have 1 1/2 or more inches before it's level?
