Yes

21 F150s are being stored until there are enough chips to finish them. Thus far, thousands of trucks in Kentucky and obviously Claycomo, Missouri and Dearborn, Michigan.

Are these stored on paved lots? I would not want a truck stored for months on a wet or humid grass or dirt surface.

They park them in the wilds of Northern Michigan and the cheapest farm land in Kansas or Missouri.

There are a lot of news reports on it, they are either parked at the plant holding lots where trucks are usually held, or they are at other paved areas (Ford test track, unused Ford parking lots like where I worked before Covid shutdown, I guess Super Duties are at Kentucky Speedway which is neat). They are in the same general situation they would be if on a dealer lot.
