It is 100% this. I do it almost daily. Put my foot back on the brake and push the start button again and then it starts.

Default Start Button AND Lock Button too

Have the same issue from time to time with no start if I’m too quick, and also with the touch to lock button in the door handle also. Have to wait a second after the door closes, or no lock. Never had either issue on my 2018, so thinking it’s a software/networking issue that makes the truck slower than we are.

The wait to lock issue on the 21+ models is super annoying. On the Gen 13 you could hit it as soon as you closed the door. On the Gen 14 you have to count to at least 5. My work around is to hit the 7/8 & 9/0 buttons on the door code. No lag there in locking.
