Unhappy Pro Trailer Modem

My 2021 F150 King Ranch is equipped with Pro Trailer and should have come with a Electronic Trailer Modem. It NEVER did. My dealer can't even order another one for me as there is no part #. Is anyone else having this issue and how did they get it resolved?

Do you mean trailer sensor? That's this part:

ford F-150 Kit - yaw rate trailer sensor. Module bolt. Modules, yaw rate - LC3Z14B296B | Lakeland Ford Online Parts, Lakeland FL

...and at nearly $500 you certainly shouldn't be paying for it. The dealer should.

If you're referring to Pro Trailer Backup Assist: When was your truck built? Early trucks came with the yaw sensor (black box that you mount to trailer) and cabling. Ford switched BACK to the stickers instead of the hardware sensor half way through the year. A quickstart guide and some of the black & white checkered stickers should be in your glovebox. An OTA update was/is also supposed to enable the earlier yaw sensor equipped trucks to also use the stickers (again).

If you truck was an earlier truck that was supposed to come with the sensor and it's not there (check under the rear seat), then someone took yours from the truck.

My truck came with the wired sensor and a packet of stickers, with a note that the the stickers will be usable in a future FW update. This was a Feb '21 build. Since I am stuck in OTA upgrade hell, I don't think I have gotten any updates. Anyone know what FW version the stickers were implemented in? This is one feature I had been hoping for. I have a few trailers I pull, but I only have the one sensor.

basically in the same boat here
I have a 2021 built in Feb 21. Truck came with the yaw sensor but i would like to have the option of stickers. My truck shows 2.7.1 for the latest update which is a little behind so I just set up my home wifi to connect to the truck I am hoping that this will enable all the fun features that are available.
