Has anyone been able to get this to work with the stickers yet on a Job 1 truck? I just had my truck at my Ford dealership for all three recalls. While there I had them check the screen for it constantly going dark, and the pro Trailer Backup feature not working. They fixed the recalls including reprogramming the trailer relay module, updated the APIM for the screen and said all software was updated to the latest version. The Pro Trailer still doesn't work with the stickers. They keep telling me to "follow the setup procedure in the manual" like I didn't already do that numerous times. My service tech was supposed to call me back yesterday after speaking to his service manager about the issue but haven't heard back of course. Any ideas?

 

Anyone? I can't be the only one still having this issue.

 

I assume most people have gotten it to work otherwise these forums would be loaded full of similar complaints. Do you have any DTC’s? my truck didn’t come with the sticker kit, instead I got a trailer sensor kit.

 

Mine came with the sensor also, which works fine. I have two other trailers I want to use the stickers for. The Ford Tech wants me to bring my truck and trailer in so a Tech can show me how to set it up. I don't know what he's going to show me that the manual and videos don't.

 

I have a job 1 Platinum built 3/5/2021. Came with sensor and no stickers. Trailer setup would not support a sticker.

Installed all available updates 3/22-23/2022. Stickers work now.

I've had my truck for three weeks and am still getting to know it. I just realized I don't recall seeing stickers or a sensor kit. Where was your sensor kit located when you took delivery of your truck?

 

I just got the Ford Power-up 2.1.0 update yesterday. Reading in forums it looks like most people received that update last year. I can't seem to find much info. on this update so don't think it's really going to help. When I get back from vacation I'll have to take my truck and trailer into the Ford Dealership and see if their tech can get it working.

 

The stickers work on my travel trailer with my '19 502A. I assume the software is the same, but could be wrong.

 

Sticker kit should be in a user guide/leaflet in your glovebox from what I've seen on other threads.
