Practically No Airflow Through Driver's Side Vent
I have a 22 and the same for me. I don't know if all 22's are the same but it does not have the wheels to increase or decrease flow. The only way to boost airflow to the outside vent is to move the stack vent louvers to a more closed position.
My 22 Lariat has the same issue, unless it's on max.
My 22' blows very weak to not at all out of the far left driver side vent....just mentioned this to my wife earlier this week.... also, the vents blow very weak in the backseat also ( supercrew).....disappointing.
For what's worth, try turn off recirculation mode and use outside fresh intake. You may need to stop and restart vehicle. I had issue with AC not blowing cold after an hour into the long trips. I find it just stay off recirculation mode totally.
Same issue on 22 Lariat Powerboost - like mkett39 said there is no wheel to adjust airflow (vent is opened and closed using the same rectangular **** you use to move airflow left and right, poor design), and if you want more flow from the left/window side vents the only way seems to be to increase fan speed or to find a balance by partially closing the center vent
