Finally got around to putting a little more base in the truck. I'm not the young kid trying to rattle every bodies windows I just like to be able to feel the base. I used a Cerwin Vega 10" 200 watt powered sub in place of the original sub behind the left rear seat. Have about $240 in it and I'm pretty happy with results Jim
was that a B&O ? how much wire hacking was involved?
Yes, I simply unplugged the original amp and taped connector so nothing could get against it. At the original amp I tapped on to back door speakers wire to use the "high" feed. I did a wrap and solder and tape, no wires were cut. Easy to go back to original if need be. Jim edit- yes base B&O
I ran a #8 from a breaker right at + battery. I found it easier to get through the driver side so I ran across to of cowl. Picked up ground right beside amp.
