Default Powerboost Shifting issues

I'm sure this has been addressed before on here, but I can't seem to find any threads about it.

I am having horrible shifting issues when I go from 1st to 3rd. It sometimes does it when shifting 1st to 2nd, but not as bad as when it shifts 1st to 3rd. It's almost a double skip. It's bad enough that passengers comment on it. The dealer said they couldn't find anything wrong or any codes and didn't notice it being that bad when they drove it around the parking lot. The advisor said it's a "convenience issue," and said it's probably because of the electric motor disengaging at the same time. It's definitely not that, the gas motor activates when you barely press the pedal and you really have to baby it from a stand still to get to 3rd gear with only electric. I have about 10k miles on it now and is getting worse. This is my 2nd F150 with the 10 speed, and my last one didn't have any issues like this. Anyone else experienced this?
