Powerboost least reliable
From that list, there's only one Japanese automaker in the top 10 so your theory isn't holding up. I am also surprised or rather curious why the RAM was ranked individually out of the Dodge lineup.

I have to wonder what problems they are specifically attributing to the PowerBoost models. There have been a lot of updates to the transmission but mainly about the shifting program, not the parts that were added for the PowerBoost system. There have been battery problems but not the battery pack for the PowerBoost system. There have also been some reports of coolant leak related to the battery pack but I don't think I have seen enough that would justify that kind of rating. For all of the 2021 F150s there were a number of recalls (windshield, heat shielding, wiper motor, Blue Cruise updates, and other programming). Just have to wonder if someone didn't artificially link all of those problems to the PowerBoost rather than the F150 as a highly updated model.
There have definitely been some Lemon Powerboosts, but overall it's a VERY conservative design. The major weak point is the exhaust-coolant heat exchanger, and I assume that one day Ford will replace that with a water-water heat changer between the low temp and high temp loops. In cold weather, the battery will take much longer to warm up, but the part will be intrinsically more reliable. If we get an aftermarket or Ford heat exchanger, I would gladly replace the exhaust-water exchanger.
Other than that, it's really tough to point to any thing on the system that's likely to fail. It looks like they protected the battery well, and it's a TINY battery anyway, so it should be cheap to replace even WHEN it fails.
