Default Powerboost Jump on Rolling Stop

I've got about 12,000 miles on my Powerboost, but this issue has been around since 5000 miles or so. Initially, I thought it was due to the colder weather and the batteries running differently, but it's getting warmer now and the issue is still present. Various grades of gas and it doesn't seem to change the behavior.

So whenever I'm stopping at a stop sign, if I don't come to a complete stop, whenever I press the accelerator, the truck will lurch when it switches from battery to gas engine. If I go very, very slowly and get up to around 20mph in electric, then give it enough pedal to switch to gas, it transitions fine.

Anyone have any idea what this is, if it's normal, or what I can tell the dealer to check if I take it in for it?
