I just bought a 22 xlt sport with the towing mirrors. They are not power folding but I really think they should be. What would be required to make them power folding? Is it just the new switch panel for the door or is there a different mirror I need to buy?

 

Both, plus your truck must have the correct Door Modules. IIRC there's also additional jumper wiring and FORScan module reconfiguration required (it's not a plug-and-play upgrade). There's threads discussing this mod / upgrade, site search is your friend.
