Default Pop up alert

Has anybody have this pop up in their gauge cluster while driving down the road, ( Brake applied power reduced ) ? Nobody around and driving on gravel road, last's for about 5 seconds.

Probably just the electronic nannies sensing a bit of slip on the gravel road, and decided they were going to keep you safe by over-riding your control of your own motor vehicle.

I'll take a guess... you were applying brake and throttle at the same time? Did I win?

(I can make the message pop up this way.)

Yeah this should be the winner. It's possible to do it on accident, especially in rough roads or if you readjust in your seat, since it doesn't take a lot of brake pressure to trigger it. I had it happen once on my 2019, I don't remember exactly why since I only drive with one foot for pedal control. I think I was wearing winter boots and just misplaced where I put my foot. But it showed that message for a few seconds. Is meant to help after the incidents of people panicking and pressing both and then running into people. Can't always blame the nannies for existing when its people that keep showing why they need to be there.

That might have been it, I'm going to have to give it a try see what happens.
