Default Plant shutdown ?

Can someone confirm the Kansas plant is shut down til the 10th? Thought I seen that somewhere . Truck scheduled to be built on 12/20.. shows currently Released To Body Company... I assume that's to get the spray in liner as that's only exterior option I got..(501a 3.5 lariat chrome 20's assist 2.0, tow package) Just trying to estimate how much longer to wait.

Both plants are down this week. Kansas City is down the week of the 3rd, and possibly the week of the 10th.

Any inside knowledge of a backlog , or materials shortage? Or just due to the shutdown etc?
I did notice on the FordPass app, I now show "Activate Vehicle" so hopefully its just the spray in I'm waiting on,

its honestly hard to say, even us dealers don't really have access to that info, you need to find someone on the 'inside' so to speak

real inside not anymore. My father and father-in-law retired from Ford, my mother was in management at Ford, I worked at a Ford dealer for over 7 years. If there is a week of Jan 10 shutdown they aren’t going back to work till Jan 17 then everything starts from there.
Your truck already being built is a good thing. You will have it in your driveway next month. Anymore the only thing guaranteed is- CHANGE.
