Some contacts are missing from SYNC.
Removed and repaired phone. No change.
Delete all contacts from SYNC and reload. No change.
Factory reset and repaired phone. No change.

None of the contacts are on the SIM card. All contacts worked previously with the 2021.

Same phone. Same contacts work fine on my 2017 F-150 XLT SCREW

Any guidance will be appreciated. Thanks

 

Recently after an IOS update 16 or so, my contacts information disappeared from my 2013 Sync. (The names still appeared.) No matter what I did, pair un-pair, delete re add phone book, the contact data was missing. The only thing that resolve for me was: i unpaired the 2 devices, deleted sync from my phone and deleted the phone and phone book from the radio. Then I disconnected the battery for about an hour to do some other things also.

Once I reconnected the battery, I re-paired the 2 and downloaded the phone book again, and all worked. On IOS 17.2 now and all still stable. Not sure about your brand though.

 

Apparently the verison of SYNC I have sorts contacts by first name or by last name as selected by the user. In case of a business contact with only the business name... not a first name or last name ... SYNC ignores the business name and lists only the number at the end of the list of contacts. At least that is what I found with the version I have on my 2021. The SYNC 3 on my 2017 doesn't seem to care... if no first or last name then the business name is shown. Go figure.
