Default Pedal Vibrations?

I have a vibration feeling in the gas pedal on brand new 2021. Even on cruise control it felt as if it was a power tool running. I took it to Ford. They actually acknowledged there was a vibration but went and told me it’s normal and it’s due to the adjustable pedals. Anyone else experiencing this??

@Brian Milliken I moved your question to the 2021 forum.

I think “ it’s normal” is in the training manual for new techs. And it’s through all brands. If they can’t figure it out and a computer can’t tell them, well then “ it’s normal”.

If the steering wheel vibrates its front tires, and if the pedals vibrate its back tires or drive train out of balance.
Old adage, but still rings true I think

Only vibration I got was when the lane assist was on and I didn't know it, freaked me out thought I had an issue.
Found the button on the steering wheel and turned it off, screen changed and all was good since. LOL
Still trying to figure all this tech stuff out, mostly how to disable it.
